A Day of the Prince is a very short story that explores how people can come together and have an impact on one another for a short while, and then ultimatley go their own ways.
When I say short, I mean really short. Only 19 chapters! The main part of the story takes place over the course of only 2-3 days. This could have very easily been turned into the prologue for a much longer story. That being said, the ended did not feel unnatural, just unexpected, and much more realistic than your typical cliche romance ending (especially considering that their is royalty involved)
The art was enjoyable. The way that the characters are drawn on the cover page makes it look like it is going to be a BL story, but it's not. The female MC just has a boyish haircut.
The characters were mostly likeable. There were sometimes when they acted annoying or made poor choices. However, one of the benefits of such a short story is that it's over before character quirks like that really start to get on your nerves.
