Only 5 episodes of gag manga biyori 3 have been subbed so far (episodes 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8) by a group called heta. It's worth having a search on tokyo toshokan for them, that's where I saw them :)
Yeah Naoki Urasawa rocks :D I decided not to read Monster since I've already seen the anime of it ( 20th CB also should get anime, not some weird live action :< ). I haven't read Pluto and Happy yet, but I plan on doing it at one point. And with Billy Bat I'm gonna wait till the story is finished ( I feel that reading Urasawa stories 1 chapter/week would spoil it's charm :] )
Actually I just came out of a respite from anime, and I thought to myself 'hmm I wonder which monster epic I haven't watched yet? Aha! One Piece perfect!' I haven't even started on the manga yet, but it is on my agenda along with Gintama. My only stigma about them is that they are still ongoing. I really just don't like waiting week to week to week for a new episode or chapter. (examples: Bleach, Naruto Shippuden, Skip Beat! and Full Metal Alchemist:Brotherhood.) I suppose I'll just fret over that when I catch up to the current episodes though.
