Hey there ;-)
Thanks for visiting my profile.
I am 20 years old, biracial, a dark academia aesthetic appreciator. I'm an avid reader, be it novels, manga/webtoons, poetry and et cetera. I listen to a lot of different music genres (a lot, a lot), but mainly pop (k-pop; pop rock), indie and some brazilian genres (bossa nova, MPB...)
I've also gotten into gaming fairly recently. I was really into Among Us up until, like, a month ago. Right now, I'm playing a lot of PUBG and Honkai Impact. I have a lot of games I still want to play, mainly Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Life is Strange, Sea of Thieves, Bendy and the Ink Machine and Valorant. If you have any recs, please leave a comment on my profile.
I've been watching anime for many years. I probably watch my first anime when I was 4 or so, but I started getting REALLY into it when I was about 13, 14. I love discussing anime and exchanging recs, so if you're down for that, just leave a comment.
I also read a lot of webtoons (also some manga), especially isekai/reincarnation and revenge webtoons, 'cause those are my favourite tropes. I love seeing villainess (who are actually more of an anti-hero type of character) get a second chance and take down those who wronged them and made them into villains in their past life.
To finish this off, I'm gonna leave my answers to the 'Rapid Fire' booktag that was going around booktube a couple of years ago:
Q: E-book or physical book?
A: PHYSICAL BOOKS. I love having books and collecting them!
Q: Paperback or hardback?
A: Both, actually. Hardbacks are beautiful and great to collect and have them on your shelf. But paperbacks are more practical to read (the floppier, the better!)
Q: Online or in-store shopping?
A: Online. Don't get me wrong, I love a bookstore, especially if I can sit down and have a hot cocoa and then browse for books. But buying your books online just guarantees the best deals, AND you can buy a bunch and have them delivered to your house, so it's just easier.
Q: Trilogies or series?
A: This is a tough one, but perhaps trilogies are better. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE long series that I can follow for a long time, but I'm always afraid they will start to drag on and the story will be ruined. So yeah, let's keep it simple.
Q: Heroes or villains?
Shit, I nedd to go out now, so I'll finish answering when I return. Thanks for stopping by!!
