And I think Akio Kawazu is awesome too. He's just not my favorite from the series :p
Avoid the movie (Poly-Matrix) and stick to the OVAs (Amazon has the DVD for a good price if you don't mind it being used). The OVAs have a decent enough dub and are dual audio if you just don't like the dub. The movie chops the ending apart and is English audio onl, redubbed with Kiefer Sutherland and Elizabeth Berkley in the lead roles; two individuals who should never be allowed near a microphone ever again.
