Honestly, this was one of the first manwhas I ever read. I loved the story at first with the artwork, storyline and the female lead, but as the chapters kept going and I began reading other manwhas. Along the way, I just found The Villainess Turns the Hourglass to become less exciting to read. The art however is stunning and props to the artist for their amazing work. One of the few reasons why I stopped enjoying this manwaha was that I started to notice how the main leads are extremely overpowered & all the supporting characters become literal simps for them. In addition, all the opposition or antagonists to the main characters are really weak, like they're stupid, extremely predictable, and feel like they're really not adding onto the story. To conclude, the whole story is basically the female lead/male lead steamrolling everyone else with their wits and abilities for like 100 chapters. I dropped this manwha around like 40+ chapters, but have recently starting skimming through some chapters here and there to see how it ended. My favorite part of the whole manwha was the beginning like the first five chapters, as the FL wasn't extremely OP then. Anyways, if you want to look for a romance/fantasy type of manwha and are limited on time, I would recommend you a bunch of whole bunch of better ones like "Villains are Destined to Die", but everyone's free to their own opinions anyways.

6/10 story
9/10 art
