Kucziczu says...  Well, money.... World is damn cruel! I feel You. It's true *LOL* I also prefer to go somewhere far away, than to visit something nice close to me. Strange, but that's how it is, people are strange.

I think it is that if you live close to something, you always feel, Well I can go there at anytime, since it is nearby, but somehow, we all manage to never do that!  I had a friend who lived in Manhattan who'd never seen the Empire State Building or the Statue of Liberty...

Kucziczu says...  Oh... I like quiet weekend's. Last weekend I was at home, I played games and watched anime (heaven), and next weekend, I'll be playing games and watching anime, maybe i read some mangaor I go for a birthday, damn I forgot the date*:D*. I don't do much on the weekends now, unless i work, which also happens. Nice to hear that "I had a fun meeting of one of my RL anime clubs!" cool that you're having fun with your clubs.   P.S. Are you playing any games or you don't like this type of entertainment?

I like quiet weekends too and strive for them, so when I do plan something for the weekend, it is usually something I enjoy a lot (enough to make me give up my valued quiet weekend!)  Anime club meetings are one such activity! *smile*  I do play games, but I tend to be a one-game kinda gal - I like to play one game at a time and obsess over it and really get to know the game I'm playing... currently into a family friendly game - I originally thought it was a kids' game and ignored it for a long time, but a friend made me try it and I have so much fun with it now.  It's actually fun for all ages, and not just kids! Kucziczu says...   I wish i live near that part... Well, you can't have everything *sadface*  Btw. is "Tower of God" manga good, i'm asking cause i see you rate it 4* and I also see that you don't do this too often, so I guess it's interesting!   Sorry for the answer 3-4 days later, but I couldn't quickly write back. Hope you had a good weekend! :)

It is pretty cool that I am walking distance away from Universal theme park, but the sad part is that I am often like your empty changepurse girl... no money.  I can go for free to Citywalk, which is a shopping district just outside the theme park, and there are often fun things going on there, plus a movie theater that shows almost every single film currently in release (it's HUGE!) but again, tempted too often to spend money there, so I don't often go.

It's funny how people that live near tourist destinations rarely visit the things that millions of tourists travel from far and wide to see!

This weekend was pretty quiet for me, unlike the previous weekend, where I had a fun meeting of one of my RL anime clubs!  Did you do anything special last weekend?  Any plans for next weekend?

I just found those gifs you sent too funny! Hysterical!!! *still laughing*

Starting with the "Yeah, right" image to Snape offering his body, to the nearly empty coin purse.  All just perfectly portray the sentiment!  I love them!  Great job.  MUCH enjoyed!

PS  You are correct, it is the Universal theme park that is opening the Harry Potter attraction in April that is the one I live near.

Kucziczu says...  Thank you for the opportunity to join, it is a pleasure to be part of the WECO Club. Maybe someday, I will be a Greeter but for now i'm ok, to be just a Supporter. As for a banner, gladly I will use one in my profile! And if you don't mind, I'll use the link to your account and the topic on the forum if anyone would be interested CLUB WECO. If you don't want to, I understand, just let me know please :D

On the contrary, I would LOVE for you to link to me and to WECO!

Kucziczu says...   Sounds great, I live in a town that certainly doesn't look to holiday resort. But we have .... a pool! LOL  Poland has quite a lot of interesting places to visit, but definitely it is not my city. I hate industrial towns. ^.^

Pools are good - where I live has a small pool as well.  Comes in handy in the summer months, when it really can get quite hot here.   My mom grew up obsessed with always having a pool, so I was raised to think having a pool is a very good thing! *grin*  My mom used to like to skinnydip at night.  I never joined her; I've never done that!

Southern California has its industrial sections too, but it is the prettier parts that are most well known. There are a lot of tourist destinations that are also fun and interesting. I live in North Hollywood, near Universal Studios theme park.

Kucziczu says...  So... in 2 months 2nd anniversary, well a lot of time. I wish you the best! If you dont mind i can become Supporter as well, but Greeter... i don't think so, i mean, i could but I won't disappoint anyone, cause i'm preety sure I wouldn't be able to be so often online. But still , if I find in near future more time i will join, if (You let me, of course) :D

I would absolutely love for you to be a Supporter!  I am adding you as a WECO Club Supporter, and I thank you much!!! (Club Supporters are important members of the club. Their endorsement really benefits the club by boosting morale, and by helping to increase the club’s reputation and visibility on the site!)  If you ever want to be more involved, just let me know and I can help you take a more active part in the club, but nothing more is required.  While I love the club's Greeters, who do the welcomes and who are very special people, endorsements are also very cool and we love our Club Supporters.  Nothing more is needed. No obligations. If that is the role that is best for you, I thank you very much for your support!  (If you ever are interested in doing welcomes on a regular basis in the future and actually greeting new members as part of the club, just get back to me to let me know and I can send info about becoming a Greeter. I'd love it if you have time to participate at that level, as a Greeter! But no pressure - if you wish to  be a Supporter and not a Greeter, that is totally fine! *smile*)

(If you want, feel free to use a WECO banner in your forum signature or on your profile page. They are here, if you want one, but no obligation to use one if you don't wish to.)

Kucziczu says...  And about manga... Well, i found some good prices on FMA manga, in Polish language. But you're right, some titles can be hard to find or they import em (but yeah, price grow up 2-3 times). I'll wait a little bit, and buy some from ebay, I found some good price's and "cheap" shipping. But for now i'm gonna just read it online (sux to be me).

I am always looking for good deals on eBay...  only recently started reading online.

Kucziczu says...  I just now noticed that you live in Southern California, beautiful place, at least in pictures:lol:

As with every place, there are good areas and bad, but I think SoCal has more than its share of beauteous locations.  Beaches, mountains, forests - every kind of vista within a couple hours drive. Surf and palm trees, desert blooms, cityscapes - whatever might turn your fancy can be found near me! LOL  I can even travel a bit to go skiing in the snow!
