No words, just the word's greatest first love exactly as the description says. The plot so far has been amazing an each volume ends at a cliffhanger. Love the countdown, amazing idea. It has me pinning for the next chapter to be released. The characters are easy to remember and relate to. You can't confuse them because of the great artwork and easy to remember names. Overall, a great manga and anime. My only complaint is that the page sometimes becomes too crowded in the manga. Also, sometimes it's hard to discern what  you're seeing because of the inverted angle at some plots in the manga. I'd totally recommend it.
