[WARNING: THIS IS MY OPINION]
Solo leveling is almost the epitome of cliché. But it all depends on what you like. The artstyle is clear, neat, and solid. With both the ways the fights are portrayed and overall aestheic and scenery, it is adequate or more.
The plot is kind of generic, but interesting. It kind of piggybacks on the saying, "There's always a bigger fish". The plot can be predictable at points but it starts slowly and then just goes zooooom.
The main charachter(s) are also quite cliché and generic, but many side charachters and villains are always more well written or portrayed than the MC, as he is considered cold, harsh, dense and ruthless. The charachter design and outfits are all stunning and intricate, and there is always something new everytime you see it.
I personally enjoy the read, but it probably wont be many people's cup-of-tea.
