Yuri!!! on Ice

Oct 27, 2016

I honestly tried giving animation a 12 over 10, but couldn't, but say I actually did. It's just... perfect. Damn.  This is based just on the 4 currently available eps, but it's already mesmerizing enough to leave a review. Even a short one like this: It's been a very long time since I've watched anything so well done. It's just impeccably produced. No flaws (to me) whatsoever. The story flows nicely, the characters seem well rounded so far, and it's complete eye candy. And by eye candy I don't (just) mean it's because of the characters, it's the beauty and fluidity of the movements and all... See full review

Prince of Stride: Alternative

Feb 28, 2016

I'm disappointed. After whatching the first ep I fell in love and was SO excited for having found the next best thing (sports wise) after Haikyuu (which I absolutely ADORE). It had clean animation, great "movement/action" effects (that are fundamental for me when it comes to getting all psyched with sports anime) and... Stride seemed pretty impressive. I mean... They run and compete while parkouring the s**t out of the place. Come on! That's cool!  Then around ep 3 (took me a while, I know) it hit me: this is like watching a great sports anime like Haikyuu (idea... See full review

Yona of the Dawn

Sep 16, 2015

This has turned into one of my favorites ever hand in hand with the Fullmetal Alchemists for as different as they may be. I love the animation; it is absolutely beautiful and well done. The story is amazing and well planned and the characters are incredibly well developed. They evolve in a very real and amazing way! There is no black and white "this is good this is bad" kind of scenario. AT ALL. And that for me is probably one of the best assets of this anime. Most have good guys, bad guys. Good situations, bad situations. No in between, no gray area where you can't even hate people you... See full review

Special A

Sep 29, 2014

[Don't read if you loved it cause you'll wanna punch me and this is just a very personal point of view I have. All of it.] Can I just say: I HATE the lead character (?) I don't mind any of the others so I gave it a five, but if it were for her I would give it a -5000. I freaken HATE her. She is SO ridiculous and witless. Her goodness is just annoying to the point of stupidity I don't understand why every character liked her so much. She wasn't even that nice, she was just "nice" in an obtuse "I can do it all, everything anyone ever says is a challenge I overreact to" kinda... See full review

We Were There

Sep 29, 2014

Ok, so it probably isn't an overall 10 for most, but despite the fact that I'm usually more a of Fullmetal Alchemist - One Piece - Hunter x Hunter type, I'm in a current streak of watching lovey dovey stuff like Sukitte ii na yo and Kimi Ni Todoke and whatnot (the list grows strong by now lol), hence I ended up here and I have to admit: I. LOVED. IT! I absolutely ADORED it. Usually with the (by now many) love anime's I've watched, there's either the reaaaaaaally shy-to-the-point-of-useless girl being rescued by the amazingly-cool-gorgeous-good-at-everything guy in the school (not that I...
