I have thought about it, but in the end, I am too shy to join any. Apparently there is one at one of my local libraries, but it is more catered to the elderly. I have however joined their Summer Reading Program for several years, but one of the librarians hates me because she always thinks I cheat during them... :( I can read for around 7 to 10 hours a day, if I were so inclined to lol. (Yes, I know it's shocking.)
I don't know how they work anywhere else, but where I'm from, basically you must read for a set number of hours, then write them down on a pamphlet they give you. Once it's filled up, you can turn it in for a chance to get a prize.

I too, love the gothic aesthetic, and have had a huge interest in vampires, ever since I was a little girl. I have even rewatched some beloved classics of mine back in October, such as Interview with the Vampire, Queen of the Damned, and some of the Underworld films, to name a few! *Smiles*
One of my goals for 2023 was to read the Vampire Chronicle books I have in honor of Anne Rice, but due to certain life events, I just haven't had the time to read them all, sadly... :(
