Oh, I've read Once More, it was enjoyable ^^

Hmm my favorite genre is romance so most of the anime I watched have romance but these are my recommendations :

(after checking your want to watch list, so I can give anime you haven't check yet)

1. Fruits Basket  (2 seasons + 1 new season will release soon)

2.Yona of the dawn (1 season )

3. Kono Oto Tomare! (2 seasons)

4.Kaguya-sama: Love Is War (2 seasons + 1 new season haven't been released yet)

The ones I saw you've noticed:

1. Classroom of the elite ( 1 season :( )

2. Demon Slayer ( 1 season + 1 movie + 1 new season hasn't been released yet)

3. Rascal Does not dream of a Bunny Girl ( 1 season + 1 movie)

I guess those are my recommendations, I am not sure if you will enjoy them or not ^^
