I was equally disappointed and ok with this one at the same time and that doesn't happen much.

First off, animation and sound were great throughout the movie. Each detail was able to be seen and I loved the type of shading that was used through all 3 movies. Music was fantastic and was very moving during the most important parts of this movie.

Now story and character wise I think was jumbled in this one. I liked the direction the main character was going in and also the interaction between him and Metphis, it just didn't seem enough somehow. Even after the ending, and I understood the ending, I just didn't like the way it ended. The fight between Gidorah and Godzilla could have been so much more, and I was looking forward to that fight. I like the different take on the look of King Gidorah, it was so cool!! I also liked the Mothra sneak peek as well.

Overall, unfortunately I will probably only watch this movie series once. I liked it, but didn't.
