Honestly, it's a very good show with beautiful animation, captivating scenes, and some likeable characters too! It's only downside is that the writing for the story is a complete mess. It takes what should, or could, be a 20 episode series and condenses it into 12. Thus resulting in long drooled out episodes with too many plot holes along the way, even at the end of the series when almost everything seems resolved, we are left with a few major and minor plot holes left as unanswered questions. Nevertheless, Fena Pirate Princess was still enjoyable to watch and kept me on edge as to what would happen next in each episode. It still could have been done a lot better though had they had more time in production perhaps. But if one is able to overlook the gaps and crams of the story, then they too can find this show to still be a rather enjoyable and worthwhile watch. And yes, most of the characters do get a happily ever after  (well, almost most).
