Definition of Anime and cartoon totally contradicts each other. Which means Anime is not cartoon. They both are Animation despite that fact, they are somehow different from each other. They both gives us different vibes. We can simply consider them as two different genre of Animation. Like a History book and a book of Physics are both Books but the content they provide us are different.
