I scored the characters higher MOSTLY for the secondaries who proved exceptionally memorable despite their walk-on roles. While usually development factors largely in review scoring of the character section, the quality of the extras was so high in this case I felt it should be shown in the score. That said, scoring is JUST as subjective as anything else. I'm willing to concede a point from the numerical values here and there, but really I stand behind the TEXT of each of my reviews 100%
Yeah it was kinda weak compared to the first season. The story was totally confusing at and really weak at some parts. I had to go to wiki to understand why li lost his powers half way through the series. I heard they might be making another season.

Personally, I will never score an anime a perfect 10/10, as I believe there is always the chance a better show could come along in the future. Therefore, although I thought Phantom was amazing, there were many flaws that stopped me from rating it higher. Maybe it's because I saw Gungrave first, but I just found the story in that much more hard hitting and emotional. Ignore the first episode, and its a wonderful series.
Hey, whats up? Giving Eden of the East a low score was by mistake I usally dont rate them untill the 5th show or so. I just started watching Eden of the East last week and have been unable to watch more than just the one episode. I noticed you are watching some great anime right now. Mobile Suit Gundam 00 is great its a awesome spin on an the same old story line gundam does. The second season is just as good. Samurai 7 was cool I really enjoy it when they mix past and future. The action/drama story line is sweet. I just finished the first season of Dark than Black about 2 weeks ago and started on the 2nd. Its a pretty addictive anime . The story line is awesome and I love how they rap up thier story arcs in 2 episodes. Nice hearing from you again. Have a good one.
