No, this is not currently a reading site. It's an online database, like an encyclopedia, for anime and manga. You use it to make lists of things you watch/read, look up information on things you might like to watch/read in the future, and challenge yourself to read and watch more things by participating in site challenges. There are some anime videos to watch, but no manga to read yet. That may change in the future.
