That is so strange. All you need to do to submit a bug report is go here, press the "post new thread" button, and then explain the problem. You should put [Bug] at the start of your thread's title so Sothis and other moderators know you are explaining a problem. Here is an example you can look at if it helps. Just make sure to explain that it is a problem on those specific anime.
