Regarding my favorite Monster characters...
Deffinalty Johan Liebert, and I can't put in words how much mental satisfaction I got just from watching the moster take over, trough the series. And Kenzou Tenma, he reminds me of myself when dealing with stresfull situations(cant make the decision till someone else does it for me) just kidding... I love his charecter in general. Usually in an anime the main charecter builds the foundation of minor charecters personalities, because our first impression of the charecters that come after the main is built based on his first interaction with the chareacter, meaning that we sort of intecrept the way minor charecters are trough the main charecter, sort of like seeing and understanding the world in which the plot takes place trough the main charecters eyes, at first. What I want to say with this is, that I've never seen such a realistic interaction between the main chars (like Johan, Nina and Tenma) and the rest of the chars(minor like Eva(at first), Lunge(at first), Dr.Reichwein)(Eva and Lunge become main later in the story) in any other anime.
Oh of course Grimmer, he sort of reminds me of a friend or should I say The Magnificent Steiner.
I liked Reichwein a lot too...hmm.. The guy who was hired by Babys boss to escort Eva, what was his name... Martin right, right...Loved Lunges preformance as well. (if I ever decide to become a detective Ill be Lunge)I like Nina, shes pretty and has a cool char as well, but she just didnt catch me that well.
Well I could count them all up, but the point is... Monster is what it its because of its complex, realistic and awesome charecter set. And thats the reason it keeped me thrilled till the very last episode. There wasnt a moment in which I didnt enjoy a singe charecter. I sort of like them all. What I love the most about Monster is how it starts off with a single realistic main char that builds "the picture" around himself and then splits into multiple main chars that each build their own reality and then keep expanding the world till there is this awesome twisted plot going on. The plot isnt that complex, its pretty good through but the chars are what makes it. Sorry, got carryed away and wrote a small review as it seems. :DWhat are your's(favorite chars)? I noticed that you made a recommendation recently, I am helping out getting more people like you to recommend for current season anime as well as previous ones (Plus manga if that is what you are interested in) .
