I quite enjoy metal and rock so I will definately check them out :) 

In terms of watching anime, I watched shows when I was a young kid that they had dubbed into Thai. Stuff like Naruto, Dragon Ball but I was mainly watching Doraemon. Then I stopped watching anime for many years until last summer when I was bored during a bootcamp with nothing to do so I asked my friend who was an anime watcher on how to kill time. So he suggested anime and I really enjoyed it. But I started to really get into it last winter when I was bored once again and my cousin found I had an interest so we exchanged lists. He recommended me Re:Zero and I liked it so muhc I Binged it in one day then I continued to binge more series and that is how I really got into anime 

I guess what it did for me entertain me a lot and I was able to escape reality by watching anime :D
