Yeah, it's very beautiful, although it does smell pretty bad. Not that I would expect anything less from the countryside.

I'd love to! I can't wait to read it! If you email it to me I'll read it as soon as I get a chance!

Yeah, it was! People brought in loads- somehow we ended up with three full sized cakes! Probably a bit excessive given there's only 20 or so people in my form XD

Haha, good job! :P

I'm sure your family would've really appreciated that :D I'll probably stay up until midnight and think of something ridiculous to do when it actually reaches midnight. Last year me and my sister put some toast down and made a joke about how slow the toaster was - it took a whole year to make this toast! kind of thing. Who knows why that's what we went with, but it was fun! I'll try and check them out, they sound pretty cool.

Sounds nice! Haha, I can only imagine how busy it must be there!

Thank you in advance for the translator! :))

Well, everyone is sharing and combining traditions here but I'll try and send a petition for making it a public holiday. Haha, I can imagine a very colorful combination of Holi and Christmas. With camp fires, up beat Christmas music, coloring each other with colored powder, sharing lovely gifts and a lot of dancing, detaching from the daily life, enjoying the moment *dreamy look*. Now I miss festivals .

It's a very soothing scenery for all the troubled minds. When moon flower are shedding opal particles they form little crystals and when I'm not at home I keep them in a little pendant so that I remember that there is light everywhere :3.

Well, I think they are scared exactly because they feel constrained, they are afraid to lose things or they are not at peace with themselves and so they act greedy. :-? When you'll get the chance to see the Perseids don't miss it! They're wonderful <3!

Work really seemed fun with Aoba :)). Well, I've studied one year of psychology but the uni did not match my expectations and so I left. Now I think about going to an art university and keep the psychology just as a passion for the moment.

Good luck on learning japanese! Watching anime helps a lot I guess ^.^.

Oh, I've seen Death Note and I loved it. And today I looked a bit at the manga in a store. It looks soooo good *.*. I'll keep in mind watching the others as well :D.

All of them? Oh, that sounds awful. I hope you'll have the motivation to start revising early >.<.

I think nothing fancy it's the best as long as you have good company and feel good :3.

Well, I did receive a few gifts. An alien thingy I can use for singing and Happy socks. I think my sister observed my obsession for cute socks and got me a few from Terra on her last visit :)).

Did you get something for Christmas? Did you build a snowman? Or a snowunicorn or something :3.

And oh, that UFO thing got my attention too. I plan on doing something like that for my room. ^.^

Haha :D To be honest, I've never actually been into Manchester itself (my nan lives in the countryside just outside it) although I don't think it's quite that bad!

Don't worry about it! Any kind of reference will be really useful to me!

My form's tables are arranged kind of in a horseshoe shape with two rows of tables in the middle (where me and my friends sit) For this we pushed the two rows together and put all the good on there, and of course me and my friends had to sit there too! Well, kind of. When I wasn't too distracted by food XD

What? You can never loose your appetite over Christmas! Isn't the whole point to just eat constantly over Christmas? :P

I don't think so actually. My family aren't usually that bothered about New Years. Actually I think the first time I stayed up to midnight was last year, and that was more by accident!

Have you got any plans?

I'll make sure to have my translator bubble repaired. :))

It's not a public holiday. Venusians are usually very ecstatic when they find something new, like different holidays from other regions or planets and so there is a mishmash of holidays and everyone chooses what to celebrate. But I must say that Christmas was a big hit when they found out about it and it has a big influence even now. We don't have too much food but we have candies which turn your skin into the color of your mood with beautiful patterns. Nobody can lie while eating them.

These moon flowers are covered with opal particles and at night they are shining with pastel colors. The color of innocent joy. Hehe.

I think the greedy ones are just scared. I've met wonderful earthlings with whom I've shared experiences, stories and objects. On Earth I'm living near the mountains so whenever the sky is clear the stars are visible and occasionally you can see Perseid metors. I hope you'll see some soon too ^_^!!

New Game really wasn't too deep but it helped me a little to ease my mind with the whole rush of job hunting and uni decisions. I'm studying animation on my own for the moment when I'm not illustrating or working on other projects.:D

Ohh. Someone recommended Parasyte to me as well. I've seen the trailer and it looks really catchy *.* It's on my to-watch list :3.

Ohhh, human. There is nothing wrong with your genes. Our ancestors were praying for them and we still do :)). I hope you'll finish in time your uni work T.T'. It's awful when you have to do it on the last minute.

On New Year's Eve I'll gather with some friends I've had since highschool. Nothing fancy. :))

How about you? :D

Oh, and I'm glad you liked the pic. ^_^

Merry Christmas, deer human! (hihi)

Well, when we were visiting Earth we loved how people celebrated Christmas so now we are doing it too with opal ornaments and blue venusian trees. And yes, moon flowers do blossom all year round. ^_^ They're iridescent and bring joy to the people smelling them. Tonight we'll be watching the traditional Christmas meteor shower. :D

I've just started Kuroko and although I'm not into sports anime I think this one got me. I'll let you know when I finish it :3.

New Game was really lovely. It pumped me up to study more animation <3.

I don't know if you've watched Nagi no asukara or Kiznaiver. I think that you might like them :3.

How was your Christmas? :D
