It cooled down significantly in Munich as well, it's only for the day though and the plants are finally getting some water again. I agree an average or slightly above average temperature is the best. If it's too hot it can become uncomfortable as well (better than too cold though). Tmrw I'm off to London until next Wednesday and am so excited to see all my friends :D Haven't seen some of them in about 6 months, so I really can't wait!
Yeah, thankfully it did cool down in the end :D I feel so sorry for the plants at the moment. They have to deal with a super long winter, only to be met with a heatwave. Plants are scarily tough to have survived all that… Omg, how exciting! Hope you have an amazing time! :D Wow, Vienna a couple of weeks ago, London this week, you have such an exciting life! I agree it was a very entertaining and funny episode. I hope Kota will change his mind about the students wanting to become heroes. I understand why he doesn't like them, his parents died after all while doing their "hero-job". Hopefully Midoriya will be able to make him see reason as to why heroes are admired. You're right that it's normal that he'd be emotional, but I thought sometimes it was a little too much. What I do like about him, is that he's not the strongest and is still working on his quirk. Makes it different than all the other main stream shounen characters e.g. Ichigo that wins even though he's actually too weak!
Yeah, me too! I’m sure he will though (this is a shounen after all) :P It’s actually kind of cute that he cared about his parents so much, but I’m sure Midoriya will find a way to change his mind. Omg, definitely! As annoying as he can be in other ways, I’ll always be super grateful at how clearly you can see he’s been working towards his goals. I mean, apart from the actually gaining his powers part, all his improvements have been under his own steam, rather than random nonsensical power ups *cough* Ichigo *cough*
I'm so glad I found so many that I liked. Last season was kinda crap, but this season really is awesome. I'm sorry you have exams though, at least you're able to enjoy a few of the anime. The Dragon anime got a little better and interesting, will see how it develops, as it's still confusing as hell. An anime I would recommend you is Devil's Line it's also airing this season and is based on a manga. I think because you like American Ghost Jack you might also be into it, as it's horror, seinen, action, romance and vampires. It's not cheesy at all though, apparently the manga is very gory, there's a lot of sexually explicit scenes and great action. I think I'll read it!

Did you like Kamisama Hajimemashita? If you did, I can recommend Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi, it is a really cute anime, with youkai, demons and a supposed romance. It's not tagged as romance though, but there is definitely something in the air. The focus is not on the different realms, the development between all the characters etc. I know you have exams coming up, but maybe for when you finish them :)

I agree, that is weird! I like how it's so random and light, makes the atmosphere a bit different. I think I might re-wacth Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, because it was so funny. I'll also read the manga. I've started to like Parodies, Gags and Satire because of Gintama and have decided to watch/read more of that genre. Are there any you can recommend me?
Yeah, agreed! I actually thought the most recent episode was a pretty nice contrast though, and the mains finally got a bit of alone time. Love how obvious Teresa’s being about her crush, it’s quite adorable. Haha, ikr, it just makes me want to rewatch Gekkan Shoujo so badly! I’m kind of worried it will outdo Tada-kun too much and spoil my enjoyment, so I’ll wait until it’s finished first I think :P Haha, I’m so proud XD Well, I don’t think I can recommend anything quite as good as Gintama, but I do know a few! I think Hozuki no Reitetsu, Binbougami ga, KonoSuba and Is This a Zombie have to be my favourites. I haven’t gotten very far through Wang Gu Xian Qiong yet, but apparently it’s referred to as the Chinese Gintama, and it certianly seems like it could develop that way. And I don’t really know how you’ll react to this one, but Ao Oni is awesome. Most people don’t really like it, and I suspect that’ll probably be the case for you too, but honestly it’s worth just trying it anyway. I didn’t want to at first, but now I’m low key obsessed with it XD
I still need to catch up on the last two episodes! I've been quite busy in the evenings and am reading more manga at the moment as well. I'll def watch the next two eps soon though! I think some people lack the affinity to music and don't like it because there's no shounen/action/romance in it. It's good though that those tags aren't part of it, because the majority of anime usually have either of them included. The manga is apparently really good!
Ah, that’s a shame, I definitely think you should. Tbh, it’s flaws are becoming more and more apparent as the episodes go on, but I still really like it :P
I also like the second episode, I think it's quite cute and also funny. It has a sort of parody about the otaku culture as well and I also like the side characters. I wonder if the other two characters will become a couple as well, although they don't really seem to like each other :P Looking forward to the next episode!

I also don't get how they can concentrate on the story, when there's panty-shots and boobs everywhere. Everyone should watch what they like, but saying it's "the best ever" just because there's boobs and nudity all the time makes no sense to me!

Yeah, tbh, at that point they’re not in it for the plot, they’re in it for the ‘plot’, if you know what I mean :P I guess as long as they’re not trying to convince you it’s something more than it is, it’s not that bad. You have every right to be annoyed if they are actually suggesting that it’s on par with stuff like Gintama in terms of actual plot or characters though.
That was the best arc I've seen to date and I can't wait for more action scenes :D I hope there's gonna be a Shinsengumi one soon! You know I started Hakuoki which is a reverse harem, where the men are the real Shinsengumi and I couldn't take them seriously thanks to Gintama XD I dropped Hakuoki after one ep, because it turned out to be a tragedy and I don't need that in my free time. I try to avoid those usually, though I read one which was cute but sad as well, it was called Toumei na Sekai. I would def recommend it! It's a shoujo and only a one shot, but still enjoyable.

Kagura really is a badass and she's my favourite female anime character. I like her the most because she's strong, doesn't take shit from anyone and doesn't fall into any typical anime female character trope. Haha don't worry, I know a few people who like the villains. I still hope he'll reconcile with his sister in the future though! Yea, I'll do that next weekend, when I'll finally be home alone after a very long time! I'll probably binge-watch through the night as well xD Haven't done that in some time!

For me it's much easier to read it online and I'm looking for an app you can download the manga on, so you don't need to have internet to read it. It's hard to find though and the one I tried out didn't work :( I should support the manga industry as well, but have only bought three books so far haha. Maybe I might buy more in the future. I'm thinking of going to some anime conventions in London this July. I probably won't cosplay or maybe go as a Pokémon Trainer, because it's easy to DIY and I don't need to spend money on wigs and stuff. I like to fancy dress, so it should be fun even if it's just a Pokémon trainer :P

Also, the books are the same price as regular books, even though I breeze through them in like half an hour, so I always feel a little cheated :P Although, saying that, I do like to reread my manga, so it’s not too bad. Damn, have I gotten my value for money from the FMA manga XD Ohh, nice! Hope you have fun! Honestly, I’m a little obsessed with cosplaying, it’s so much fun! Actually, my sister’s the one who’s obsessed, she cosplays pretty much every weekend, but I do enjoy cosplaying at cons :P I highly recommend it, but I definitely think the way to go is something simple and cheap for the first time. That way, if you don’t enjoy it, it doesn’t matter too much!

It is really sweet, I've already read it a few times! I agree, rape is always horrible in yaoi and I don't like how it's normalised as well. Sadistic semes are also something that annoy me, I understand it to a certain degree, but the love to the uke should still be shown in some way, like in Katekyo. What I really didn't enjoy was Miwaku Shikake - Amai Wana, the seme was way too sadistic imo and didn't show any real affection towards the uke. I finished it, but only gave it 2 stars.

Yeah, for sure! Tbh, I think the only case where I prefer the anime is for action scenes, just so I can understand what the hell is going on, although I still watch a lot of it, because colour’s so nice!! XD
I think for me it's also because my mum doesn't like the Russians, as she's from Romania and they were under a dictatorship because of the communism which started in Russia. She grew up in communism and blames the Russians for it. My sis and I heard it a lot when we were young, so it kinda stuck with us. Dutch is similar to German, but I still think it sounds ugly and really harsh. I also don't really like the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish), they sound really weird but Hungarian is the worst. It has the longest words ever and sounds so ugly.

I'll be fine with Chinese I think, I'll get used to it. I also had to get used to Korean when watching my K-drama, but that worked out quite quickly as I liked the sound of it. Chinese is different, but let's see how I'll manage. You're also right about just turning the sound off xD Scottish is not understandable at all, there was this Scottish movie that came out and I saw the trailer and didn't understand what the hell they were saying, then I found out it was actually Scottish. Other people would have to watch it with subtitles to understand anything xD It's the same with French from France and French from Canada. I speak French fluently, but once I watched a French Canadian movie and had to turn on the subtitles because I was like "I don't understand what's going on" xD It's amazing how accents differ and make you unable to understand a language you actually should be able to.
Yeah, I actually watched some Chinese anime the other day and I didn’t seem to mind it particularly. Guess it depends what circumstance you’re listening to it in? Omg XD That’s hilarious. But yeah, I totally know what you mean! I kind of understand why some countries have a ‘standard’ accent that everyone’s supposed to speak in certain environments. No way that would ever happen in the UK though, you tell a Scotsman to speak in an English accent and I think they’d punch you XD Tbh, I think different accents are quite cool - it gives the language another dimension, even if it does make communication a bit tricky XD

Sadistic semes are also something that annoy me, I understand it to a certain degree, but the love to the uke should still be shown in some way, like in Katekyo. What I really didn't enjoy was Miwaku Shikake - Amai Wana, the seme was way too sadistic imo and didn't show any real affection towards the uke. I finished it, but only gave it 2 stars.
Yeah, it’s a rather odd one tbh. Like, does anyone find that hot? And if they do, I assume (hope) that they’re the minority. Maybe that’s why being a fujoshi is so looked down on in Japanese society? Honestly, I really wish I could agree with you, but I kinda have a low key obsession with sadistic scenes… Only when it’s consensual though. Pisses me off when one just forces it on the other.
They can't fit everything into the anime, so I like to read the manga as well, as it gives more information in general. I know I'm yaoi/BL obsessed, but I also read other genres of manga :P I'm sure I'll enjoy it anyways!
Yeah, for sure! Tbh, I think the only case where I prefer the anime is for action scenes, just so I can understand what the hell is going on, although I still watch a lot of it, because colour’s so nice!! XD
I think for me it's also because my mum doesn't like the Russians, as she's from Romania and they were under a dictatorship because of the communism which started in Russia. She grew up in communism and blames the Russians for it. My sis and I heard it a lot when we were young, so it kinda stuck with us. Dutch is similar to German, but I still think it sounds ugly and really harsh. I also don't really like the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish), they sound really weird but Hungarian is the worst. It has the longest words ever and sounds so ugly.
Ah, yeah, that’s reasonable. Oh, actually, yeah, nordic languages do sound kind of weird. I don’t mind them as much as Chinese, but maybe that’s only because I don’t listen to them that much. Wow, if a native German speaker is saying they have the longest words ever, it must be bad XD
I'll be fine with Chinese I think, I'll get used to it. I also had to get used to Korean when watching my K-drama, but that worked out quite quickly as I liked the sound of it. Chinese is different, but let's see how I'll manage. You're also right about just turning the sound off xD Scottish is not understandable at all, there was this Scottish movie that came out and I saw the trailer and didn't understand what the hell they were saying, then I found out it was actually Scottish. Other people would have to watch it with subtitles to understand anything xD It's the same with French from France and French from Canada. I speak French fluently, but once I watched a French Canadian movie and had to turn on the subtitles because I was like "I don't understand what's going on" xD It's amazing how accents differ and make you unable to understand a language you actually should be able to.
Yeah, I actually watched some Chinese anime the other day and I didn’t seem to mind it particularly. Guess it depends what circumstance you’re listening to it in? Omg XD That’s hilarious. But yeah, I totally know what you mean! I kind of understand why some countries have a ‘standard’ accent that everyone’s supposed to speak in certain environments. No way that would ever happen in the UK though, you tell a Scotsman to speak in an English accent and I think they’d punch you XD Tbh, I think different accents are quite cool - it gives the language another dimension, even if it does make communication a bit tricky XD
