The evidence is almost overwhelming, unless her entire character is built on lies, which could be her trait (ie lying about be at the party, lying about being a "little" sister when it's revealed she is older than Shougo--if she is the sister).
And I still said "almost all certainty" so that can be like 99% certainty lol
