Definitely get involved in the forums if you are so inclined. It is the real heart of communication on the site (you can send private messages to other members and can get involved with clubs and group activities). Note that you'll need to create a separate forum registration ID - most folks use the same as their site ID so it is easy to find them - as the two areas are not yet merged (that is coming sometime in the future.)
First, check out the Club Chat section of the forum! Next, look at member signatures in the posts - often various clubs the member belongs to will be listed. If one interests you, do a forum search to find the topic or ask the member who has it in signature ... The first post of any club topic will usually explain what the club is about and be posted by club founder ... there will often also be a list of other club members. Participate as instructed and you will be joining the club! - Sianeka
