At the start of the anime its apparent that Makoto is your typical teenage tomboy who can generally get along with a lot of people in the class. Although she i clumsy and often gets herself into sticky situations, her two best friends Chiaki and Kousuke are always there to back her up. !?Spoilers?!   Going into this anime, I didn't expect much as I believed it would be like most highscool thrillers, but this one honestly shocked me with the grusome scenes to the blood splatter to the effects with the weather. As someone who generally goes for thriller animes and less "love" based ones, I can honestly say this anime shocked me. There wasn't a moment throughout watching this that I wanted to walk away from it to continue at a later time, and I found myself using whatever free time I had to watch it.  I think the only thing I got sad about it when i finished the anime to find out there may not be a second season uwu

This anime was a lot of fun to watch and the relationship between jashin-chan and yurine was so funny. If you're looking for an anime with a bunch of comedy moments and somewhat gruesome then you'll love this. 

When I say somewhat gruesome, it is because jashin-chan goes through a lot of torture when she is mischievous and yurine puts her into her place and her summoner. 

Don't get me wrong, this anime was amazing and I had so many laughs throughout, but I feel they needed more episodes to really pick up the story line. It would have been great to see Fuyuzora interact with more spirits and to see him grow and a spirit medium, but at the same time... more about Yuuna and helping her decend should have also been implimented. Afterall, it's Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs. I could be wrong honestly and they might even have another season, but I feel not much was truely explained in this season.

I honestly couldn't find a single thing in this anime I didn't like. Some of the characters could use some more screentime or background information but other than that, it's great! The story, animation and characters are all amazing, and they fit their personalities very well. For someone who is new to anime and want to watch this, I strongly recommend you do!! You will not be disappointed.
