While this isn't the most story driven show and yes it's another anime taking place (almost entirely) in a video game... I loved it. It's light hearted and ridiculous as you watch Maple find a new way to basically find some new skill to use in some weird OP way, but the whole time I was laughing my head off. If you enjoy the video game setting and are looking for something light hearted to watch, this is a great option in my opinion.

Id agree with most of your review, except that I don't think the show is actually good. Enjoyable with your brain switched off mostly sort of thing.
One question though, did you find the music add to immersion or break from it? I kept getting distracted by the music which didn't help with the quality.
anyway, I enjoyed it two, for all the reasons you said, but I doubt that I'll ever admit that in public.
