Love Hina was so incredibly difficult for me to get through. I was literally forcing myself to keep going. So this was suggested to me by a friend, otherwise I would probably have never touched Love Hina. Everybody's selling point for Love Hina is that its a harem but all the girls hate him. 

False. Half way through nearly all the girls love him.

Also I know this is a comedy and did my best to evaluate it as such and not be to critical at its over the top antics since this is mostly a comedy but sometimes it was just so ridiculous. This is a little bit of a spoiler but I'll try to keep it vague, one of the characters literally runs all the way to the northern tip of Japan to avoid confessing her feelings. Like the actual tip, no where else to go she's on the cliff surrounded by the ocean. Like its just so ridiculous that I can't. I just can't.

Not to mention how dumb it is that even when the girl is picked by the main character its still a harem, people are still confessing their feelings and getting in the way of the finalized relationship. Its just annoying to me. Its also annoying how literally every bad thing that can happen to someone happens to the main character. The girls actually call him immortal, cause he should be dead. But you know plot.

I know its a comedy, and that being said I did get a few chuckles out (the flying turtle was dumb) but its just soo ridiculous and drawl out. I feel like the manga could've ended a whole volume earlier. 

I did enjoy the romance that was accomplished toward the end but still man, still was so ridiculous how everything interfered with them. My patience was thin with this one.  

There is plently of fanservice though, and if you like over the top comedy that defies logic and all the girls constantly fighting over the main despite him making a choice, then you'll like this.

If you like set relationships and prefer your comedic antics to be within reason, then you won't like this.
