Sorry. I couldn't stand that ignorant, sadistic and moronic egg... That thing just blew the whole thing and I got more and more fed up with it's antics until I couldn't stand it anymore. 
The MC was fun and I liked her approach to the problems and reactions, but it was to much clichées and stupid stuff piled up one after another. Perhaps this appeals to some but it was not my cup of tea.

First of all, I'm not here to rant about how bad this series was or anything but it was a huge disappointment to me. :( I had high hopes but they were cruched the first episode. In my opinion it was just okey, no more, no less. The animation was not the best I've seen but not the worst either and all the other technical stuff was okey to but now over to the real reason I didn't like this. I read the Manga before I found out that they had made an anime of it and I was thrilled! First out then. :) Well, to be honest, I have a weak spot for this kind of care free/ slice of life shows. Sometimes you just want some feelgood-shows to just relax to and enjoy without to much thought needed. And this is just such show. No big issues, conflicts or drama. Just plain fun. Some perhaps thinks this to boring to watch and that is just fine, there's plenty of other shows out there for them. I have now watched 43 eps of this series and still have 20 to go until I'm up to speed with the series because it is still running. (65 eps right now) But I can probably give a decent review having watched more than two seasons now. First of all, Space brothers is slow, so if you're looking for action, go watch something else.

I really was looking forward to the movie. It was almost unbearable to wait for it to be subbed but the wait was worth it. :) How can you not love the whimsical girls and their everyday problems, teadrinking and music sessions (even if they are rare)? Somehow you just love them. The series may be a bit simple and childish sometime but still you can't get enough. And you're dragged into their world more and more and get engaged in the story. I'm sorry to say this but Il Teatrino was a big disappointment for me after seen the first installment of Gunslinger Girl produced by Madhouse. THAT was a superb series that caught you and hold on to you. Fantastic visuals and character design and a gripping story. Il Teatrino is a bleak copy that falls short of the original. The story was ok but not great and I didn't even finish the show, I was bored and lost track of everything and stopped after 8 eps...
