Yeah, it's a shame that anime isn't as popular over here as, say, in the US. There aren't really a lot of stores here in Belgium that sell anime or manga related stuff. We do have a few conventions, but not really a whole lot. So, from which part of Europe are you?
Hmmm... I haven't really seen those two shows (though my brother says they're awesome :p), but Blue Exorcist and D.Gray-man are quite similar to them and I loved both those shows. Maybe also check out Hunter x Hunter? And I see that you've seen the second FMA series; you should definitely try the first one as well. It's a bit darker and less action oriented, but still one of the best anime I've ever seen.
