Well I have favourites for each anime season but all time favourties for female protaganist wise I would say shiki (KnK), Erza and mikasa well from the top of my head anyways haha how 'bout yourself?

Erza is great, I really like her personality. Mikasa from AoT, I'm assuming? I really like her too. (: She's so calm & cool, I admire her. *o*
For me I really like Rem from Re:zero and same with Emilia. I also started watching Your lie in April yesterday and Kaori is a really awesome character too. ;D

lol not sure if that was a joke or not, but KnK is Kara no Kyoukai, not SnK (Shingeki no Kyoujin/Attack on Titan).
