Yay~ I knew MLP and anime community could not be far apart and have lots of people who are interested in both fandom's.
As about recommendations.. I really want to get familiar with anime and it would be awesome if you advised some wide-known anime's that are very good and touching. I am seeking for a moving stories, stories that make you feel for the characters. Also I have a soft spot for cute girls, so if any anime with touching story and good character design come to your mind as you read my message, then I would love to get to know them as well.
I am not picky in genres so it may be anything, from dangerously ecchi romance comedy to dark and creepy post-apocaliptic world. Just.. One requirement: not too much Gore. You see, the first anime that I saw was Matrix and it was like a decade ago, but I still have memories of human's head split in half and its content falling out. This memory scared me off of anime for a great while.
P.S.: thank you(or should I say Arigato? :D). I deeply appreciate what you guys do.
Thank you for a warm welcome, I needed that. You see, after hearing so much about anime in the last years (ever since like 10 years ago I keep seeing anime girls and anime-related things) so I finally decided to give it a shot, and, truth be told, I LOVE it so far. I had been a part of MLP community, so i always lobed great animation. I watched only two titles so far, hence I am in need of little guidance and it would be awesome if you helped me with some recommendations. Cheers ^_^
