You're gonna want to listen to, listen to again x10 and then add Smile Bomb from Yu Yu Hakusho to this list. Both the japanese and english versions are beautiful. However I personally prefer the English. It's a beautiful singers voice, matched with beautiful lyrics. I could cry at this song.

Intresting, I'm suprised you didn't include the the 2nd opening song (I think) for Soul Eater, called "Papermoon".
