Happy Halloween!

I've been extra busy with work, and getting things ready for winter. I've been so busy I haven't been reading as much as I want recently. But I have been watching The Apothecary Diaries and Super Cub. And I hate to admit it, but i'm also wasting a lot of time on the Tale of Food and Twisted Wonderland mobile games. TW is funnly with a great art. I hope they follow through and indeed animate it. Yana Toboso did all the character art and design for it. Malleus looks just like Sebastian, and Riddle is a redheaded Ciel.

As for Bungo Stray Dogs theories, I wonder if by becoming a vampire Akutagawa will be cured of his bad lungs? A vampires' healing abilities would be a good way for the writers to heal his lungs so that he doesn't fall behind Atsushi with their physical strength. I think we all know Akutagawa is a fan favorite and no one would want him to actually die in the series. And let's not forget Dazai is planning to make a new Double Black with Atsushi and Akutagawa. If that's true, then that's foreshadowing Akutagawa and Atsushi would both be alive through to the end because Dazai wants to use them in the future.

The new Black Butler will be a new season. It's adapts the Collage Arc. At least that's what most think because there's a visual of the collage in a poster. You can read it here. Black Butler '24 Season I wonder how many episodes it will have. I hope it's a full season of 13 eps. If it is, then maybe they'll adapt the Green Witch Arc too. That one is really good. I can't remember exactly how long the Collage Arc was. I don't know if it would fill a full season. I'll have to do a re-read. 

I don't think I've seen that interview. I have seen Taniyama and Miyano together in an interview on YouTube. They were both dressed like their characters. I think they really enjoy voicing Chuya and Dazai. 

I forgot for a hot second that Taniyama does the songs. Which is stupid of me since I have several of the BSD songs (GRANRODEO) in my playlist.

I can totally see young Dazai getting Chuya on stage on a drunk dare. But once up there, Chuya nails it, leaving Dazai's mouth hanging open. 🤣 Black Lizard is clapping. 

And I do read the light novels. They totally count. They are canon after all. I've read Dazai's Entrance Exam, and Dark Era. I've just bought Stormbringer but haven't read it yet. I want to read it when I can give it the attention it deserves. I really hope they animate it. I know it will be good. It's so thick. It's a full-on novel. Have you read it? No spoilers please.

How up to date are you with the manga of Black Butler and BSD? I would like to bounce a few theories off you. I'm up to volume 22 of BSD, and vol. 31 of Black Butler. 

Hi. Did you mean Tetsu no Ori by GRANRODEO? I found it on YouTube. It's pretty good. J-Rock fits the stray dogs so well. I'm glad the team behind Studio Bones seems to love BSD as much as we do. They always bring their A-game to the series. I understand about the changes they made to some scenes. I would have liked to see Dazai eating dog food. But I don't mind the changes too much. Being 95% with the canon manga is still better than most adaptions. I love Black Butler too, but the first two seasons were a mess. A hot, steaming mess. 💩💩💩🤣🤣😱 Hopefully season 4 will be up to par with Book of the Atlantic. The manga is pretty good.

I found compilations of Bungo Stray Dogs' crazy comedy on YouTube and have been hooked ever since. I mostly enjoy Dub, but both the Subs and Dubs are so so good that I watch them both. The Dub is easier to follow since it's my language, but the Japanese VAs are amazing and really put their heart into each character. By the way, I just found  The French BSD Dub is an Experience I don't know why, and I'm not poking fun at the French, but I find this hilarious. 

As for favorite story arcs, I think it would have to be both the Fifteen and Dark Era Arcs. But also the current Vampire Infection Outbreak Arc. Even though Bram Stoker is an author known around the world, I was not expecting for them to incorporate him and vampires. When I accidently came across a spoiler of Akutagawa as a vampire, I had to find a scanlation online to read it before the official translation. That blew my mind! 

My favorite characters are Akutagawa, Chuya, and Kyoka. Really I love all of them. All of them are done really well.
