The story did drag on a little, however this was needed for the implenementation of the Stand Arrows. The music was top notch, and the animation and art style is my favourite among JoJo, possibly in any anime. The characters were so great it would be difficult to dislike them, they all seem like they could be real people. It outperformed previous parts, and set the bar extreme;y high for latter, only of which SBR could rival it. There isn't a single character who isn't well-crafted, and the return of Jotaro but taking on the role Joseph had in Part 3 is perfect. The Stand designs and ideas are much better than Part 3, and this is probably the Part that fits the name 'bizarre' best.
