Heee, a good book to recommend? Hmmm... I used to be obsessed with The Sorrows of Young Werther. The melodrama was so fantastically over the top. I think I read it at a time where such things, hopeless romance, were still very poetic in my eyes. But still, even now I still enjoy reading it. Other than that... Khaled Hosseini's books are always a joy as well. Have you read The Book Thief? That one was very bittersweet.
Are you from the French speaking part of Belgium perchance?
Duuuuude, Murakami's one of my favourite authors as well! I fell in love with his works ever since I read Hardboiled Wonderland and the End of the World. His short stories are a real treat, I like them even more than I like his long novels. By latest book, do you mean Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki?

No, I haven't yet, unfortunately. But seeing your reaction, it's definitely going to be the next book I read. (๑>ᴗ<๑)

I know, what are the odds, right? xD Although, there are quite a few Belgians here on the site.
Whaa-, a Belgian?! *high five*
And I really like your header. Which reminds me, I should stop stalling Mushishi <.<
