SIC series no.3 (Sorry I can’t) episodes tolerated 3/13

Ok, it’s just another isekai, you‘ ve seen others, why drop Overlord? Because on top of being just another isekai, it’s mind-numbingly boring, I don’t think any other isekai I’ve watched, no matter how bad it was, is as boring as Overlord. Easily one of the most boring first 3 episodes out of any anime I have watched. It's up there competing with Log horizon.

I’m so confused with the existence of isekai anime. I mean why is this an isekai? Wouldn’t it be better if you just told the story of an evil (supposedly) overlord. Why does he have to be trapped in a videogame? I don’t get it anymore, like couldn’t he just be an evil guy with his underlings in a fantasy world, what would have been different? That now he has a fake objective of going back home? Wanting to rule the world wouldn’t be enough of an objective? It had to be an isekai so she could rewrite that slut's personality to be madly in love with him? Even that's not a reason cause he didn't even touch the other slut's personality and she is madly in love with him anyway! And why god damn video games every time? Like nowadays whenever i start a new anime I’m just expecting for the moment they’ll start lookin for the controls and bring out the stat tab. This fuckin era of anime man.

Why MADHOUSE? Why do you have to waste time and resources on this show? Just why... so many other promising stuff outhere getting botchered by incompetent studios and you go for 3 seasons of this? What the fuck is wrong with whoever decides what shows you gonna make? I feel like it's been 5 years since you made something good.

Anyway, it might be better than I give it credit for even though I doubt it, but it is so unbelievably boring that I feel like even reaching the 3rd episode required sheer effort and a lot of lenience on my behalf.
