There isn't a way to join the team beyeond being invited, If your considered for the role you'll receive an invite when we have training capacity available.
I can see that you've already tried asking other moderators. Most Moderators are not involved in the recruitment process so please do not contact multiple moderators about joining. The answer is not going to change regardless of who you ask and will only reduce your chances of being considered.
I am not a team leader so i do not know what happened with your application. I will pass to you what they said in the thread with the recruitment drive.
"Thanks for everyones interest, applications are now closed. The teams will review and contact successful first batch applicants. If you are not contacted don't worry, it doesn't necessarily mean your application has been rejected. We can only take so many trainees on at any one time, so the places are limited, but we will review and invite more people based on these applications for future training batches."
Any place you can find 1080p sources. CR, Funimation, Hulu, Netflix, less-legal sources, etc. And by "taken" I mean we take a screenshot ourselves. We watch the show, find the perfect image, and then crop it to fit the site.

Hello there. We just had a recruitment drive and are not taking on new staff at this time, but thanks for the interest.

We don't want you to steal from other sites at all.
All the images moderators use are hand-taken from high quality sources to match our guidelines.
