The show is nothing special but story was okay. The story is kind of cute and I could get into it here and there. I'd lose interest for a couple episodes and get back on again for a few. I think I would have loved Suzuka when I was about 10 years younger(13).  They did manage to keep the story strong but I think the end was cut short because their were a couple unresolved issues. It looked like they tried to tie up a lot in the last couple episodes but didn't have the time to do it all. I must admit they did a pretty good job not bunching up a ton of answers at the end and losing the chance to make... See full review

Yu Yu Hakusho: The Movie

Nov 15, 2012

The movie is okay but it could have been so much more. The first thing you will think when you're watching, it is that it's very fast paced and short. It's only about 25 minutes long. I think it would have been much better if they built up some suspense and went through the story a little slower. But I must admit that I've always said I liked Yu Yu Hakusho because of the quicker pace and small amount of filler time throughout the show. If you can get over the quick pace of the movie it's pretty good. The story is enjoyable and the characters held true to their personalities. I heard that they... See full review

Midori Days

Nov 13, 2012

It has a little bit of everything I like; Comedy, Action and Romance. I enjoyed the story, not super amazing or anything but it is very entertaining. It doesn't get very deep or dramatic and it kept it's comedy though out the series. There was some nudity that I thought was unnecessary but hey that's just my opinion and I'm a bit of a prude.   The characters are fun to watch. I think Midori was really annoying especially because they made her voice higher while she was small. But aside from her I really like everyone else. Seiji was a great main character, fun to watch. And the supporting roles were... See full review

Air has great animation but totally lacks in direction.  What I like most about Air was the art. The characters, scenery and the detail was just great. I especially loved the ocean in every scene it was shown. One thing that did bug me was that all the characters had bangs, don't know why it bugs me, just does. Anyway, all together the art was amazing. I watched Air because I heard it was a good tear-jerker(granted, it did make me cry but only during the last couple episodes). The story didn't appeal to me at all. I spent most of the time wondering what was happening. There are a couple short... See full review

Yu Yu Hakusho

Oct 21, 2012

Yu Yu Hakusho is a great action show with plenty to keep you entertained. What I liked most about Yu Yu Hakusho were the characters. The main character roles fit together nicely and throughout the show they met a lot of fun people without spending too much time on their background stories. Another reason to love Hakusho is that there isn't too much filler(although some). For the most part I found the show was great for keeping the talk, flash backs, etc short and sweet. Plenty of parts of the show were heart warming and fit very well as the story was progressing. The story turned out alright. The ending... See full review
