It's Shield Hero but worse. This is not a story, it's a bunch of checkboxes.
Isekai - check.
Game systems - check.
Weak character - check.
Many Heroes, but the Main Character is the only one perceived as the weak one - check.
Gets betrayed - check.
Is put in a bad situation - check.
Truly has the potential to become OP - check.
Acquire a slave girl - check.
Wants revenge - check.
Someone was framed - check.
The slave girl is sick and is cured by the main character - check.
The slave girl heard about the main character before - check.
I read until chapter 8, and looks like the author didn't get why Shield Hero was good, because it did everything worse. For you have an idea, the main problem, his weakness, is solved by chapter 4. There is no time for you to grasp his weakness or how does it affect him. Even the betrayal doesn't look like affects him at all.
It may get more original later, but the beginning is just a shitty version of Shield Hero. If you liked this thing go read Shield Hero.

Did you read the review? I pointed many comparisons between the two, with the difference that shield hero did better. And A Shielder can be categorized as a useless class, like his. And I even forgot one thing, both acquire skills by absorbing parts of the enemies, Naofumi giving them to the Shield, and this guy eating them, and he even confesses he is a cannibal, did the author really wanted us to like this character.
pretty funny how you say this is shield hero but worse please tell me in what way this is the shield hero when mc doesn't even use a shield 😣
