hi there!

Another busy week has gone by, but here i stand.. happy and relieved :D!

An interview huh? They do those things in England to gain entrance to a university?Poor you, that sounds so terrifying.. On the other hand, if they are willing to take the time to let you get interviewed, then they must surely have some confidence in you and your abilities. Which means that you also are very likely to get in, if you just be yourself. Yes i know, it's an old cliché, but it has proved to work for me many times in the past. In other words: You have a great shot. So don't get nervous, cause if you stay yourself things will work out ;)!

Anyways, the school system is belgium seems more reasonable when it comes to education in the university. You are free to do what you want, but if you screw up or change direction, you lose some of the free education time you got from the goverment. If i'd fail my first 3 years in the university for exemple, then that would mean that i have wasted 3 years worth of education that the government payed for me. so you should be careful with the budget the government gave you, cause if you waste it: you'll end up having to pay a GREAT deal yourself...

I've also told you that i want to become a doctor right? Unfortunately medicine is a very popular and prestigious course in Belgium. Which means they only accept motivated students. how do they make sure you are motivated?

=>with and entrance exam...

god i hate it. I don't have the full packet of science lessons, because i chose balanced studies, giving me a bit of everything, but not a full scale course of anything: Science for exemple.

But if i study hard enough, this exam might be doable. This exam is known to be very selective and difficult. They even put an iq-test and maths parts in it, just to make sure your intellectual capacity is good enough as well. Kind of unfair, but i guess they just want to keep their prestige in medical studies.

What are you going to study? I wish you good luck with your studies btw!

Sorry you weren't feeling well. I'm still having coughing fits from when I was sick. I'm doing pretty good. I started playing our Wii Resort (I haven't exercised in forever), and I feel good because of it. But my days have been going by really fast now because I go to school, go to Copacabana practise, and then play the wii and then its time for bed. Thank god for study hall or I could never get my homework done. Besides not feeling well how have you been?

lol I think you may be more of a Naruto fanatic than I... maybe, but now that I think about I I doubt it. I don't watch the OVA's or movies though, just the manga and anime. For the record, I don't dislike the english dub.

I really dislike ignorant people who consider Naruto to be bad simply because it's "mainstream." As fas as my opinion on the matter goes, Naruto contains references to so much mythology and religion that it's impossible to say it was created from sheer bored effort. Plus, the Freudian aspects are such an incredible accent. Anyways, if you wish to ever discuss any aspects of Naruto with me, or simply want to rant about filler, I'll be more than happy to do so.

continuation:

The school system in schotland really does seem quite unusual :D! Did you choose for those subjects yourself? I'd love to study more biology and such. I only hate studying languages though, but that would be because i have a very bad experience from language courses. right now my te acher for french is a bitch, and she's very tough. She gives alot of tests and gives us alot of hard exercises. French is the secondairy language in belgium, so if you are not good at it, you are quite a faillure. Unfortunately for me: i Suck at french. I'm more a men of sciences as you can see :). I keep having this image of the world being some mechanism/puzzle, that we humans are trying to solve. it just gives such a great feeling to analyse nature/forces/atoms,...

Lol, i work with children too. When you are a senior in my school, you have the option to become a sort of 'godfather/godmother' for some class. Me and my friends decided to sign up for it, since we really love working with kids and wouldn't mind the experience. so now we have a little with whom we do a lot of activities, such as going to the movies, ice skating,... I just love seeing their smiling faces when they are having fun :).

I know the feeling of not having enough time to watch anime. If you don't have enough time to do it, watching it will feel like some stupid task that you have to finish within a certain time limit, gosh i hate that feeling. So just take your time to watch fma brotherhood and watch it slowly, cause it will take some time to get used  to some things at first. but i SWEAR that you shouldn't let the first episodes give you a wrong impression, cause it does only get better ;)

clannad is the slice of life kinda anime :). It has a very relaxing, sweet atmosphere that some people appreciate, but others can't. You should try to reach episode 10 at least, cause that's where it gets interesting and where the story actually goes somewhere. What episode are you on right now?
