I wasn't sure about the second season because it is well known that most animes usually get worst as we move on from season to season, but to be honest, I actually liked this season more than the first one. 

Brief Summary of the first and Second Season (not much of a spoiler): The first season was more about introduction to organizations, the concept of abilities, and each member's personalities. Many of the cases consist of bombing and murder. The second season, however, started off with Dazai's back story which can leave a lot of people like me confused in the first episode. Towards around the 4th episode does the story revert back to the present time where the plot continues from the first season with us knowing Dazai's past. The plot continues about the guild's obsession in capturing the weretiger and the Port Mafia's goal of annihilating the Agency in a three-way war.

The second season was more action-packed and the stakes are more at risk. The story is very well composed and the characters are very well built. The animation is definitely one of the best ones and the story is pretty intriguing, making it hard to stop watching.

I'm actually pretty surprised that this anime wasn't that popular, I never even heard of it until recently. I really recommend it to those who love action, supernatural, detective, superhero, comedy, and plot twists. I'm very glad that I gave Bungou Stray Dogs a try and I have high expectations for the third season that I will soon dive into.
