Yanno, Diabolik Lovers season 1 was my first review on the internet, and I did recieve some backlash for criticising it as hard as I did. And part of me thought I would recieve (in some degree) similar comments when I brought my reviews to this site. And I'm really glad to be proven wrong. I was worried that DL would become the next overrated anime "gem" that will ultimately serve to make this already troubled medium look even worse, and reading comments along the lines of "I liked season 1/the games/the manga and this adaptation is shit!" reminds me that I'm not Charlton Heston at the end of Planet of the Apes, shouting "goddamn you all to hell" to an audience of bad anime loving creatures.
What I'm saying is, its good that I'm not the only person who notices faults in these things. And more specifically related to your comment, well hey I already said it: thanks for reading my review and thanks for the comment. You're alright. Go to the store and buy a cookie for your good opinions.
