That is an amazing anime watched list! I'm working on getting to 800 by the end of 2014 myself and then hopefully over a 1000 by the end of 2015.
You have seen so many of the older classics that have been subbed. I'm currently working on doing some of those myself. I'm working through Dairugger XV right now and it's alright.
I'm going to friend you if thats okay? as your watched list is a great guide as to what older shows from the 70's and 80's have been fan subbed : D
I do understand where you come from on that aspect, but for me the repeated shenanigans in UY is one more reason why I love it so much... that and lum >.> ( for me the best eps are 36-168,) as the show went on, I found it to be more and more entertaining but to each their own ^^
