https://youtu.be/KwHu91wK6IY this is the deleted Town 0 Phase 5 concert I was talking about, apparently it came back. Now you can enjoy it in all its glory!
Well basically, Christmas movies including Tim Allen's The Santa Claus made my Christmas Day during the pandemic (which I believe to be a political scheme, corporate Jewish mischief, etc, but that's another story).
In other news, I finally completed my new drawing of 009-1 in the rain with a stray kitten:
So how was your Christmas day?
Flu season is here, but I got plenty of salt to keep my nose from feeling all irritated. I've also been drinking a lot of fermented pineapple juice.
Anyway, I finally got my hands on the rare Suikoden V and games that handle war or political themes like this franchise are hard to come by. At least Yoshitaka Murayama, the genius behind the first three of the franchise is coming up with a new project with people responsible for concepts in the 4th or 5th installment. No doubt that it will be loosely based on the hit Chinese novel Shui Hu Zhuan also.
Oh yeah! and Yoshitaka was into manga like Saint Seiya, Captain Tsubasa or Fist of the North Star. Sounds like a Gen Xer to me considering the fact that those people were those manga's original fanbase.
On the other hand, I saw Japanese boomers in a social experiment video being very oblivious to anime. Millennials would have been the right people to ask regarding anime.
Yes, in the near future and I would like to get my hands on a mountain bike as I go homesteading.
Watching Joe Plant, aka Primitive Technology, fire bricks and pottery in that kiln he made makes me want to create lots of dinner plates in the outdoors. Starlink or cutting edge satellite internet service will make me sell pottery in the middle of nowhere a lot more easily. Then I heard from a Canadian Youtuber that the service even works in snow and snow was known to block light or radio waves (what I heard in an episode of Zoids and in my 6th grade physical science class). So that's a plus and it sure is safer than 5G with its dangerous high frequency radio waves.
Yes, and Vision of Escaflowne is not everyone's favorite anime, but I do know that Maaya Sakamoto rules. One of her first anime roles before Record of Lodoss War, Cowboy Bebop, Geneshaft, the Dot Hack franchise (Aura and Natsume at the same time), Stand Alone Complex, Gundam SEED Destiny, Naruto, EVA movies and so on. Now she is married, but at least there's another talented early Aries who still works in the anime industry or Ayako Kawasumi (would've been great if. hack//G.U. could let me switch audio between English and Japanese).
By the way, I'm also getting seafood for the holidays and I hope you're having a good weekend.
Anyway Megane! How are you doing this mid December? I'm still thinking about watching Vision of Escaflowne some time.
I was just checking out this new satellite internet service called Starlink and it's exactly what I need for internet off the grid. Of course I'll be needing it to stream some anime in a jungle, in the middle of the sea, in the desert or in the mountains.
