Hello and welcome to my profile page! (*´∀｀)ﾉ

I hail from the land of beer, waffles and chocolate, but my roots are in China. Don't ask me to speak Chinese though, because I can't and it's quite an embarrassing thing to admit. I'm learning though! So maybe in a few years...
There isn't really any specific genre of anime or manga that I like more than others, but I have to say that I don't like anything that has copious amounts of ecchi in it. While the odd pantyshot here and there is tolerable, if your show relies on gagboobs and exposed underwear to work, I'll make sure to slowly back away.

I don't think it's embarrasing that you can't speak Chinese, it's pretty common nowadays to have some roots but not knowing language. I suppose people like me would be the cause of that :D (another story) in fact it's admirable because you have desire to get the knowledge. 

I see you registred here some quite time ago as well :)  

I don't have in my arsenal French friend yet, actually I do, a boy but girls are better ^_^ 

I've also watched quite a bit of animes, mayby we can recommend something to each other and talk a little , being basically same generation with close age to each other
