I'm going to give this anime a 2.5 because I watched the OP and 15 seconds before dropping it like a hot iron and I don't think it's fair to score lower when I've seen essentially none of it. Once I saw that the same cringy and janky animation used in the OP was how the whole show was made, I couldn't watch any more.

Basically you have floaty-looking plastic characters who sway as if the animators were paid by how much flaggelation there was on screen. It's something you might put up with in various cutscenes of games that were brief and nestled between sets of solid gameplay, but watching a whole anime like this? I can't do it. If you don't care at all about animation quality, you might be able to enjoy this, but I could not.
