You can't. This website is used for tracking the manags/manhwa's/manhua's and animes you watch and read. Althought you can watch a few animes here you can't read mangas here. I hope this helps :)
This is not a manga reading website, all you can do is track and rate the manga that you are reading-want to read-stalled- won't read-dropped. But you can alway go to websites like; tapas.io, Lezhin, Webtoon line etc. to read manga/manhwa's.
