I just finished 91 Days myself!!! LOL I rated it 4-stars, a high rating for me, so you can tell I enjoyed it... I'd say more, but the site says you are still in progress watching it. Site also says you haven't yet seen Baccano!

91 Days reminded me of Baccano - similar period in history, similar gangsta/Mafia tones. Note that it does have a non-linear plotline, though, and like 91 Days, lots of characters, which makes it hard to get into. (i had to start it twice before I could get into it and understand what was going on.) I also rated this one as 4-stars.
