About your "Great Trans Rep" list... have you considered liting reasons for WHY each of the characters are great trans rep? Could be very helpful to the community.
Just checked and it is on the list. Will give it a read when I can.
I'm really glad to hear that cause that was my main motivation for making the list. The BL genre has 'layers' in it - for women, bara, for men - and I wanted to make it easier for those who are specifically looking for that one layer.

Asked one of my friends about the ones you mentioned and turns out that a website had them listed as male but have corrected it. I removed all the manga by that author from the list.

Honestly, I set it as Other when I first joined Anime-Planet and just keep forgetting to change it XD - will do that before I forget again.
I have some friends who're big fans of the BL genre and asked them if they knew of any written by men. I'm terrible at researching things ^^;
