Both of these manga revolve around people with a strange power who are in love with a normal person and worry about hurting them. Both of them have person who really wants to research that power. Only You focuses more on the romance and Purple Eye is a bit darker and scary. However, they have an incredibly similar feel. If you liked one, I think you will like the other.
