Is this trying to be a moral lesson (encouraging readers to not give up on childhood dreams) or is it just trying to be a horror story (where the manifestations of peoples' childhood selves murder them)? Either way, I'm not horribly impressed with the execution. If it's attempting to be a moral lesson, then it's a pretty dumb moral lesson that's undermined by the fact that one of the childhood dreams was to literally be a train. And if it's just attempting to be pure horror, then it's kinda dumb how these adults didn't even attempt to fight off or subdue the children. I don't care for the art style all that much either. Though I realize that's a pretty subjective thing.
